Italy held a moment of silence for Simoncelli

Italy held a moment of silence for Simoncelli. Italy mourns the death of one of their best athletes, MotoGP rider Marco Simoncelli at the age of 24 years, due to an accident in the race at the Sepang Circuit, Malaysia, Sunday (23/10/2011).


As a form of respect and support to families left behind Simoncelli, the Italian football world dedicated time of one minute in every game for a moment of silence for the sake of Simoncelli.

First Serie A match that was held after the death of Simoncelli is a duel between AC Milan and Lecce, in the Via del Mare. Milan is a club supported by Simoncelli.

Through Twitter, AC Milan claimed, the players will perform wearing a black ribbon on the arm as an expression of sorrow for the deaths of Simoncelli.

    I dont like so much the stile of pilotage of simoncelli, but he was a great pilot and hes future was to be a relly brilliant

    I only can say simoncelli rest in peace.

    About the other theme we talking in other post, the spanish national team the football and the fc Barcelona its basically the same xD
