Marchisio gave Juventus a deserved lead 3 minutes from time. AC Milan then had Boateng sent off for a 2nd caution, opening things up for Marchisio to net a 2nd in injury time.

And Juve, finally broke the deadlock in the 87th minute when Bonera's poor clearance fell to Marchisio, who fired past Abbiati. Seconds later, Boateng was given his marching orders after brushing Chiellini's face with his arm as he ran past. Juve got their 2nd when Abbiati allowed Marchisio's volley from outside the area to go right between his legs.
