Boateng retired from Ghana National Team

Boateng retired from Ghana National Team. AC Milan midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng, Boateng retired from Ghana National Team although the age just 24 years. Though Boateng debut for Ghana had just happened 18 months ago.


"Ghana Football Association has received a letter from Boateng. Boateng retired from Ghana National Team," explained the statement of The Black Star.

This decision was made Boateng because his physical condition is not conducive to playing at club and national team that has a high level of play.

Boateng also revealed that his decision was made after he consulted with the doctor and his family.

"Ghana Football Association has been able to accept the resignation of Boateng."

New Boateng played nine games with Ghana. Because before he strengthened Germany U-21.

Boateng is now undergoing its second season with Milan. He has also been brought Ghana cruised to the quarter-finals of World Cup 2010.
