Catania made the statement that one of mainstay striker, Maxi Lopez, 90 percent will go in the winter transfer market. The Argentine player scored with a penalty when against Palermo on Saturday.
AC Milan stated that much closer to getting this former Barcelona striker. But the certainty of the transfer was not clear until now.
"He may be moved is 90 percent. It struck a deal with Milan, but we still want to hear offers from other clubs who want it," said Catania director, Pietro Lo Monaco told Radio Anch'io Lo Sport.
Lo Monaco has said proudly one of the players targeted by the Italian champions. "Milan is very active in bringing Maxi plan. We, as a small club, will agree to a compromise that benefits Catania," he added.
