Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard, reported the Daily Mail, watching the Champions League final between Manchester United and Barcelona through a glass screen along with his colleagues, Paul McGrattan and Paul Smith Junior, Saturday (05/28/2011). Gerrard is delighted to see Manchester United eventually lost 1-3.
That way, a collection of Manchester United's Champions League trophy remains of three, or two fewer trophies than Liverpool, as revealed Gerrard with a raised right hand with fingers well developed. It became the pride of its own for Liverpool, which in 2010-2011 season saw Manchester United win 19th Premier title or a trophy for their superior.
"In Istanbul, we won the (Champions League) for the fifth time. Liverpool is the biggest club in the world," said Grattan in his Twitter account.
In addition, Grattan also convey a message to the former Liverpool player since 2009 to play for Manchester United, Michael Owen.
"The message from the captain to Michael Owen. If you can not beat them, we should join us .... 5 times! You're zero!" he said.
