Arsenal are believed to have set up a fund of 10 million pounds to FC Koln striker, Lukas Podolski. 26-year-old striker is rumored to be immediately withdraw from the German club and intend to join "The Gunners".
Podolski contract with Koeln will expire in June 2013. Players who become the mainstay of the German national team said it would last until his contract expires.
