Playing with ten men, Manchester City finally had to acknowledge the victory of Manchester United with a thin score 2-3 in Etihad Stadium. The surprising thing in this fight is return playing Paul Scholes for Man. United.
Not only surprise all fans. Red Devils striker, Wayne Rooney, was surprised by the comeback Scholes - who now wear the number 22 because the number 18 shirt was worn Ashley Young.
"It is surprising return of Scholes. We did not know until we entered the dressing room," he said after the game.
Although long out of play, Scholes game makes Rooney still amazed. "That's a good thing when quality players return to play," said Rooney.
Before this fight was held, Rooney was rumored to leave Old Trafford. He was again denied it. "All the journalists who reported the things that made no sense. I want to be in this club as long as possible," he concluded.
