Xavi: Madrid Destructive Match

Barcelona midfielder and captain, Xavi Hernandez, admitted that Real Madrid is the toughest opponent they've ever encountered. However, not because Madrid is a good game, but because Jose Mourinho's style of play forces that he would damage the value of the match.

"Madrid is our toughest opponent. But, not because of their football game, but because they want to ruin the game," Xavi criticism as reported by Bild.

Xavi himself later admitted would prefer to play against Manchester United (MU) rather than Madrid.

"I prefer that style of play MU a thousand times better. It would be interesting to see what would happen if Real Madrid play (such as MU)," he said.
