Real Madrid striker, Cristiano Ronaldo, also cares for children who have difficulty in school. He also contributed about Rp 29.3 million for Palestinian children.
Ronaldo gave one of his shoes to the foundation to be auctioned. The fund is to assist schools in Gaza, Palestine.
Shoes were auctioned off with starting price of 700 euros. However, the shoes were eventually sold at a price of 2400 euros
Ronaldo's not just this one time regardless of the fate of Palestine. While still defending Manchester United, he had photographed using kafieh (typical Palestinian headscarf) as a symbol of support for the country.
