Tottenham Hotspur had climbed up into the top three standings after adding three points from a 2-0 win over visitors, Aston Villa at White Hart Lane Stadium, (21/11).
The Spurs hero of the victory in this match is Togo striker Emmanuel Adebayor, who scored a brace. For Adebayor, brace the pot and increase his tally to seven this season.
