Uruguay coach Oscar Washington Tabarez, was selected as the best coach 2011 version Internacional Federation of Football History and Statistics, or IFFHS. Tabarez managed to outperform the Spanish coach Vicente Del Bosque.
Tabarez get 200 votes on the poll, ahead of Del Bosque who is ranked second with 186 votes and Joachim Low (169 votes).
The 64-year-old coach is already handling Uruguay national team since 2006. His achievements were not directly uphill.
Through a fairly long process, Tabarez managed to bring Uruguay won the 2010 World Cup third place and won the Copa America 2011.
This is the second award Tabarez after he was selected as the best coach in South America 2011.
