Rossi admits has no speed

Valentino Rossi will start from the lowest position throughout this 2011 season. Because of the failed record a good time in qualifying session on Saturday (06/11/2011), "The Doctor" slumped in the sequence 13 of a total of 15 riders who will perform at the British Grand Prix on Sunday (12/06/2011).

Seven times MotoGP world champion was 3.7 seconds adrift of pole position winner, Casey Stoner. The results showed that the Italian rider was signed with great difficulty "tame" riding on the Desmosedici GP11 Silverstone Circuits.

Actually, there is a fairly fundamental reason why Rossi slumped. This is the debut of former Honda and Yamaha rider was at Silverstone, after last year's absence due to a broken bone in his foot injury in the previous series at Mugello so that he did not understand about this British Grand Prix track.

However, Rossi dismissed it (no idea) into a major issue. According to him, they did not achieve maximum speeds, especially experiencing problems when entering the corner, where time is wasted about three seconds.

"This is a very difficult day, of course, be a very difficult weekend," said Rossi. "On Friday, we are not good, but on the one hand they can not understand since I do not know about the track."

"Today, despite hoping to do better, but in fact a record time we lower one second, two seconds while the other rider."

"The difference is huge, and we even have a problem compared with other Ducati rider. We were not able to work well on this track."

"I am having trouble controlling the bike, I slowed down when entering a corner, and I could not enter the desired path. We found something in the motor setting, but without making progress."

Looking at their performance this weekend, Rossi is not convinced that there will be a difference if the race will take place in rainy conditions.

"They say that tomorrow will not rain so we'll see," said 33-year-old rider. "I do not think that we can be competitive on the track wet, as happened at other tracks. But, it might be a little better than when dry. Nevertheless, we must do our best with what we have."
