In a short period, Galatasaray finally able to get Didier Drogba. The former Chelsea star has agreed contracts with a duration of one and a half seasons.
Galatasaray previously not included in the list of clubs who predicted will get Drogba. Ivory Coast striker who last defended Shanghai Shenhua was widely rumored to be grazing in Italy with Juventus or AC Milan.

Quoted from Reuters, Drogba agreed to sign a contract duration of 18 months. Mentioned that the 34 years striker will earn two million euros in the rest of the season 2012/2013, while for the next year he would be paid four million euros plus a bonus of 15,000 euros for every match.
Drogba became the second top player who brought Galatasaray in the transfer market this winter. Previously, they managed to bring Wesley Sneijder from Inter Milan.
