Veteran left-back Roberto Carlos select "refuge" to Russia after his family received threats from supporters club Corinthians.
According Corinthinas, this 37-year-old defender chose grazing in the Russian club, Anzhi, with paid 9 million dollars per year.
According to Brazilian media, Carlos agreed to bind a contract for two years with Anzhi. He is also thinking about the option to choose the next year.
Carlos strengthen national team Brazil at the 1998 World Cup until 2006 claim to feel threatened safety of himself and his family after failing to bring Corinthians in the Libertadores Cup finals. Corinthinas new joint contract expires at the end of this year.
